The correct Organic coffee for enemas! Dark or light?

0saves

Greetings everybody!

Today I went to Whole Foods and I bought a pound of organic
Allegro coffee, the "El Salvador" brand. I bought the beans and the clerk ground them for me.

I bought this coffee with the intent to use for my at home coffee enema but the brand i that i used last week (that was given to me by my colon therapist) had a beige/light brown color and it did not smell like coffee at all.
This Allegro El Savador organic brand is dark brown with beight specs and has a rich coffee aroma but I thought coffee used for enemas were light brown/beige color.

Did I purchase the correct type of coffee for my enema? Pls let me know…I want to make sure I’m doing this correctly by purchasing the correct organic brand for my coffee enema procedure.

Hi Beth, I do know that they have a specific type of coffee that is blended just for enema use, that might have been the kind your therapist gave you. My colon therapist told me that it really doesn’t matter, as long as you don’t brew it too strong, or take too often.
